Let's Have the Time of Our Lives
The CCA Family Retreat & Educational Symposium (“Retreat”) is held each June to provide craniofacial patients, their siblings, and parents an opportunity to interact with others who have endured similar experiences. The unique weekend Retreat allows you to enjoy a safe and welcoming environment, meet new people, reconnect with friends, share ideas, problems and solutions, and nurture lasting bonds.

GUIDELINES
We ask that you read the full GUIDELINES for attending Retreat before registering. This document also contains information about requesting a travel scholarship.
Part of the registration is a media release. You can read that in full here.
HOW TO REGISTER- The person registering will select "Registration" and will answer the questions FOR THEMSELF.
- Next, add FAMILY MEMBERS for as many people are in your immediate household.
- Make sure you match their "Family Name" with your "Family Name" so we can group your family together (shirts, welcome bags, directory, etc.)
- To add non-immediate family members, add the number of "Additional Attendee" tickets to your cart.
- "Additional Attendee" are people that do not live in your household (Grandparents, Cousins, Adult Siblings, etc.)
INDIVIDUAL ATTENDEES
If you are coming to Retreat as an individual, you can use promo code SOLO at checkout for a $50 discount, making your total registration fee $100.
SCHOLARSHIPS
If you wish to apply for a travel scholarship, please click Yes on the first question on the application. All families, traveling with a person with a facial difference, are eligible to apply. Read the full scholarship guidelines on Page 6 of this document.
You may use the promo code SCHOLARSHIPS at checkout to received a waived Registration fee. Please only use this code if you are applying for a scholarship.
Deadline to apply for a scholarship is Jan. 8, 2027 at 11:59pm ET.
DIRECTORY
Each year, we publish a directory of attendees for Retreat-goers. Please register with the name(s) you wish to be used in this directory. This directory is for personal use only, for those who attend Retreat. We list your last name/family name, first names, city/state, and ages of people with facial differences 40 and under and their siblings aged 40 and under. Any information you do not want shared (Diagnosis, Center, etc.) you may leave blank.
The format of the Retreat will be as follows, with more details to come:
- Thursday: (IT'S BACK!) Group Meetups (10am - 4pm) and a Welcome Social at Night
- Friday: Welcome & Keynote Address, Educational Sessions & Panels, Family Night Dinner with Raffle & Entertainment
- Saturday: Group Photo, Group Meetups, Talent Show, Scott's Dinner & Wipeout Dance (culminating event)
- Sunday: Farewell Breakfast & Closing Ceremony
AFTER YOU REGISTER!
You will receive an email with these following required steps:
- Upload form for your FAMILY PHOTO for the Directory
- Scholarship follow up questions, if applicable. DUE NO LATER THAN 1/8/27
- Safe Spaces required** training link (Training must be complete by March 31, 2027)

- Our Retreat Facebook event page link for updates. Rasheera will invite you to the Event's private page.
- Whova mobile app download instructions. (This app will allow you to have a mobile itinerary, connect with other attendees, chat, and share photos in a dedicated event app experience.)
