Children's Craniofacial Association is a patient support organization. We assist patients and their families with financial assistance for medical travel; connect families and offer social and emotional networking, meetups, and online support groups; and we educate the general public about facial differences and craniofacial conditions, encouraging acceptance and inclusivity.
If you give a gift of $100 (or more) by 11:59PM PST on December 3, 2024, on this special Giving Tuesday donation page, you can choose to receive a special edition t-shirt, designed by Jennifer Johnson, and shipped directly to you! T-Shirts will ship the week of December 9. Delivery times may vary.
